At Gifted Nurses, our caregivers are part of our family. We invest a significant amount of time and care into our hiring process. All of our caregivers complete thorough background checks, drug screens, and a minimum of two reference checks. More importantly, all of caregivers pass the "grandmother test". Rest assured that with every person we hire, we ask ourselves... "would we be excited about them taking care of our grandmother." If the answer is yes, they become part of our Gifted Team, and undergo consistent and continuous training and evaluation.
